Note: If Microsoft can’t find your account, you might be asked to enter your details manually:
• Email: Your Microsoft 365 email address
• Password: Your Microsoft 365 email password
• Server: outlook.office365.com (this is required)
• Domain: This can be left empty
• Username: Your Microsoft 365 email address
8. Tap Next. You might be asked to select Consent on behalf of your organization. This allows Microsoft 365 and the Mail app to work together. Tap Accept.
9. Tap Save. You can come back and update settings here at any point.
10. That’s it! You’ll see your Microsoft 365 account under Accounts.
Note: If Microsoft can’t find your account, you’ll be asked to enter your details manually:
• Username: Your Microsoft 365 email address
• Password: Your Microsoft 365 email password
• Server: outlook.office365.com
• Domain\username: \[Microsoft 365 email address] (example: \owner@coolexample.com)
5. Permit Samsung Email to access your email account. Select the checkbox next to Consent on behalf of your organization and tap Accept.
6. The Email app automatically checks your settings. Under Manual setup, tap Done. You can come back and edit these settings at any point.
7. Edit your Account name (if you want) and tap Done. This name is visible to recipients when you send email, so you might want to use your business name here.
Microsoft 365 is now set up on your Samsung Email app and you’ll see your inbox.
Note: You might need to choose your account type as Work or School to continue.
5. Select Sign In again to let Microsoft locate your email address and account info.
Note: If Microsoft can’t find your email, you’ll be asked to enter your details manually:
• Username: Your Microsoft 365 email address
• Password: Your Microsoft 365 email password
• Internal URL: outlook.office365.com
• External URL: outlook.office365.com
6. You’ll be redirected to the Microsoft 365 sign-in page. Enter your email Password and select Sign In.
7. The app will request permission to your account. Select Accept.
8. Select Done. You can come back and edit these settings at any point.
Your account will display and your email will load, which can take a few minutes.
Note: You might need to choose your account type as Work or School to continue.
5. Once Outlook shows that the email was added, select Done.
Note: You may need to choose if you want Windows to remember your account, or if you only want to sign in to the Mail app.
8. Once you see that your account is set up, select Done to go to your inbox.
